On Wed April 15th, retired postal worker Douglas Hughes flew a small aircraft onto the Capitol Hill lawn and was arrested. Mr. Hughes was carrying one letter for each member of congress calling attention for the critical need to free the US Government from the grips of corporate and special interest money corrupting our system of government.
We ask that the Obama Administration grant a full pardon to Mr. Hughes and hail him as a hero of the American people who wish to see their government respect the needs of the American people and not the wealthy donors and lobbyist who presently control the levers of power.
Let us join Douglas Hughes and fight for government of the people, by the people, and for the people!
