Pardon educators from student loans in Title I or low income neighborhood schools for 10+ years of service

Created by J.S. on December 28, 2016

Education is the civil rights issue of our time and requires everyone to get involved. Unfortunately many college aged individuals aren't looking at education as a viable selection for a career. Student loan debt coupled with a low paying career isn't necessarily a dream combination. In addition to this the stress that comes with working in low income/high crime areas, that is, neighborhoods that have the highest need. There needs to be an incentive and also a nod to the hours that educators work that carry on beyond normal operating hours of schools. Also, it is a flame to others who may not have previously identified education as now a practical option for providing for their families.
