Immediately issue Edward Snowden a full, free, and absolute pardon for any crimes he has committed or may have committed related to blowing the whistle on secret NSA surveillance programs. If a pardon is not issued then a detail explanation by President Barack Obama shall be made publicly explaining why a pardon is not issued.
