John Kiriakou was a CIA officer who blew the whistle on torture, he has been sentenced to 30 months for this act of courage. He should be pardoned because the people who sanctioned and acted out the torture should be the ones rotting in prison. Torture is illegal under international law and the Geneva Conventions.
