pardon federally convicted felons for non-violent offenses and restore all rights prior to conviction after 10 years

Created by 1.V. on November 12, 2012

Restore all rights including gun ownership rights to all federally convicted felons automatically after 10 years of finishing their sentence and/or probation completion. No application or review necessary.

Federal felons cannot get their rights restored under any state law and are forced to apply for a Presidential pardon which normally is only granted to those with political connections or enough money to donate to a presidents campaign as in the Rich case.

Poor people should have a reliable pardon path that doesn't requires years of waiting or donations to political parties or persons.
