The Hammonds served their time for setting a back-fire to stop a larger wildfire which scorched some BLM land. They are being taken back to jail based on a charge of an act of terror for what was clearly an accident. The prosecutors will not explain how they justified a terror charge carrying a five year prison sentence. This is clearly a miscarriage of justice.
