We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Pardon Hillary Clinton to Avoid a Complex Investigation

Created by U.B. on November 11, 2016

We respectfully request that President Barack Obama officially pardon Hillary Clinton, individually, of all crimes that she may have committed from 2009 through 2016. This would include any charges of perjury, corruption, tax evasion, and obstruction of justice.

We the petitioners take no official position on Mrs. Clinton's guilt or innocence on any particular charge. We simply want to permit the country to move forward and to not burden the next presidential administration with what would be viewed by some as a partisan attack. Maybe it is, maybe it is not. Maybe she did, maybe she did not. Not all petitioners agree on this. But the petitioners do agree the country would benefit from rapid closure on this issue more than the country would benefit from any further investigation.
