The issues relating to Secretary Clinton's use of a private e-mail server while she was Secretary of State are political in nature and absent a pardon, will be used to impede her effectiveness as our future President. While we know (and she has admitted) this was a mistake, if any laws were broken, they should be forgiven before she takes office.
