Pardon Hillary Clinton as a presumptive measure against the Republicans in Congress.

Created by S.B. on December 04, 2016

We respectfully request that you pardon Hillary Clinton for any perceived offenses as a presumptive measure. While we do not believe that Secretary Clinton has committed any illegal acts, we all heard the threats made by Donald Trump which could further divide an already polarized country.

There is precedence for this type of pardon, as well as reasoning. When President Ford pardoned President Nixon, the reason he provided was that a protracted prosecution would further polarize the country. He said, "It could go on and on and on, or someone must write the end to it. I have concluded that only I can do that. And if I can, I must."
Only you can put an end to the proposed prosecution especially by members of Congress. Please, protect Hillary Clinton. She has served our country honorably.
