This impacts the Nation. A presidential pardon regarding the server and associated emails will allow the Nation to move forward with a new administration. It will prevent more investigations when all those done to this point have yielded the same result. While not as severe as the Nixon case; this pardon will ensure Mrs Clinton can enjoy her retirement and just allow the Nation to heal. A pardon without judgement on any wrongdoing is fine and would not create a footnote on her biography nor yours. It's the adult thing to do.
