Our dear beloved citizen, Oliver Guiney's birthday is next week, and to celebrate it properly we would wish for the presence of hip hop musician, Earl Simmons (DMX). Due to his current legal restrictions though, this may not be entirely possible, and we're asking for a 24 hour pardon on April 21, 2013 to "Party Up" with Oliver's friends and family.
