In February 2013, Joe Biden publicly gave advice to citizens of the United States concerning the defensive use of firearms. That advice, if followed, can result in criminal charges being filed by law enforcement agencies. One such case already is that of Jeffrey Barton. Vice President Biden's advice was illegal and dangerous.
We the people ask that President Obama immediatly pardon anyone who has been charged with a crime while following Mr. Biden's advice and also force Mr. Biden to apologize to the United States and offer correct and legal advice on the defensive use of a firearm.
