PARDON John-Morgan Keeton - Wrongly Sentenced 1st offender in Denton County 5 years in Prison. Accident injured him only

In Denton County, my 22 year old son who is a model citizen, has 2 years of college, father of a 2 year old son, great big brother, hard-worker, started a Mentor program for his young male cousins and every Sunday Church goer was sentenced to 5 years in Prison, he asked for a Trial by Jury as his Character would prove that he should not be in Prison. His Attorney that we paid $10,000.00 advised him to take a Plea because the All-White Jury would side with the Prosecutors and find him as a Black man guilty and give him a longer sentence, He has never been in any trouble. He went out with College friends drank, drove and had a wreck, barely above the Legal level and he Broke his neck and was in a Halo for 4 months. His friend left the hospital with minor scratches.
