Pardon for Jordan J Michael Please help to pardon my son who was arrested for protecting himself from a violent predator

My son was arrested for protecting himself from a violent predator who threatened by text messaging to shoot and kill my son and his father. The predator came to my sons house to kill them and was beaten up badly by my son and his friends, my son had a public defender who withheld evidence and the DA also withheld evidence my son was sentenced to 6 years for protecting himself against a 24 year old man, my son had just turned 18. The El Dorado County Superior Court is corrupt and unjust they withhold important evidence to incarcerate innocent people. We are filing an appeal but when I sent the papers to my son in the El Dorado County Jail, the officers ripped it up, now I have to try and send it again as we only have 30 days to file an appeal that will surely be denied in this corrupt town
