Pardon Juden Lingo, who is falsely labeled with marriage fraud, for naively trusting a boy promising the American Dream.

Created by D.O. on March 19, 2015

During the summer of 2010, Juden Lingo (a Philippine national) was approached by an American boy who offered to bring her to America so she could go to college at a superior school, get a good job, and help her family out of poverty. Juden was unaware that this young man had file a K-1 fiance visa application and had completed the paperwork for her, all she had to do was sign the papers. When Juden went to the interview, she was asked about the relationship she had with the boy, and Juden answered honestly; Juden had only one relationship with him, and it wasn't intimate (as proof by her interview responses). Juden did not attempt to or commit marriage fraud. Now she is banned from immigrating legally to the U.S.
