We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Pardon Julian Assange and other whistleblowers

Created by A.H. on November 11, 2016

We the people request the President to pardon Julian Assange who is essentially an American political prisoner inside the embassy of Ecuador in London. He has provided important information to the American people that the mainstream media would have never released. We understand our First Amendment rights to do not extend to non-US citizens, but he should not be detained indefinitely for publishing whistleblower documents. Pardoning him would give us peace of mind that the Democratic Party does not take political prisoners and that our President upholds his commitment to transparency.
