Justin Carter is a 19 year old who has been held since February on account of "terroristic threats" and is being held on a $500,000 bail, 8 years of prison. He's been given this punishment because of a mindless, careless, distasteful joke posted via facebook in reply to a friend of his jokingly saying that Justin is "messed up".
Justin JOKINGLY agreed, replying to him basically saying "Yeah man, I'm gonna go shoot up a school," DIRECTLY followed by "lol, jk".
Justin is now on suicide watch, as he is beaten up by his fellow inmates and realizes he just ruined his life.
