The late heavyweight boxing champion, Jack Johnson, was convicted in 1913 of "transporting a woman across state lines for immoral purposes" in apparent violation of the Mann Act (a Jim Crow-era law). However, Johnson was convicted by an all-white jury BEFORE the Mann Act even became law.
