Pardon the learning disabled student convicted of disorderly conduct for recording an instance of bullying.

A 15 year-old Pennsylvania sophomore was threatened with felony wiretapping charges by his school principal for recording an instance of bullying on a school i-pad. After playing the recording to his mother, who asked the school to do something about the bullying. The school policy on bullying prevents retribution for reporting bullying, but the principal went to the police and had the teenager interrogated by the dean-of-students, an associate principal, and a police lieutenant without his mother being present, a violation of his civil rights. They forced him to delete the recording and he was charged with disorderly conduct and convicted. The bullies have gone unpunished and all this does is convince victims that there is no help for them.
