Pardon Leonard Peltier, Native American activist!

Created by R.H. on June 06, 2012

Honorable Sir, We respectfully request that you order the release of Leonard Peltier and offer a full pardon for this Native American elder/leader.

So blatant is this injustice that even 8th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Gerald Heaney, who had previously denied an appeal by Peltier, now confirms his support for Peltier's freedom.
-----------
June 26, 1975, a group along w/ Leonard Peltier, were present to protect elderly residents, Mr & Mrs Jumping Bull from imminent danger by local bullys. Two lone agents, utterly ignoring official FBI procedures, stormed the property in a hollywood style shoot-out, guns blazing! Sadly this action cost them their lives.

I have the right to defend myself, family & property under 2nd amendment of OUR constitution.

Peltier deserves that same right!
