Mr. President
I ask for a PARDON from the Legal Permanent Residents that were living continuously and legally for more than 10 years in the US, and for the first time remained outside the USA taking care of her/his parents for a year o more , but they still paid their taxes, have their checking account in the USA, have their family in the USA, and they do not have criminal records.
