Lt. Commander White took actions that ended the killing run of a terrorist on U.S. soil. He should be commended for his actions not prosecuted for discharging a firearm on Federal property. We call that you pardon this Lt. Commander for doing his duty to his country by defending those who might be harmed or murdered by a terrorist.
