Lt. Commander Timothy white dispensed his personal firearm to protect his men at the Chattanooga recruitment office against a shooter who killed four Marines and one Navy sailor. Lt. Commander White now may face a court martial for unlawfully discharging his gun in a government building while being relieved of duty for his heroic actions. If Lt. Commander White had not done what was necessary, surely more would have died. Based on this information we ask that President Obama step in and issue a pardon in defense of Lt Commander White.
