Pardon Lynne Stewart. She is dying from cancer and is merely guilty of violation of "special administrative measures".

Created by B.H. on July 06, 2013

Lynne Stewart was originally sentenced to 28 months for what she describes as being a zealous advocate for her client, but which violated special administrative measures. During her appeals process, this was increased to 10 years, for reasons that appear strongly political. While in jail, her breast cancer has metastasized and is potentially terminal. For humanitarian reasons, Lynne Stewart should be pardoned.
