Free Marc Emery! he should be pardoned as what he was convicted of is so unreasonable that it's ludicrous. He didn't steal from anyone . He didn't attack anyone nor did he kill anyone. So why are killers, rapists and child molesters serving less time for crimes against another person where as Mr. Emery's crime has no victim nor any violent action. A full Pardon should be presented to Mr. Emery and a sincere apology for upholding and maintaining redundant and oppressive laws that violate the Constitutional rights of our nation's citizens.
