We the people petition the Obama administration to appoint a federal investigator to investigate the Anchorage Alaska Police department on corruption and review case against Michael Don Veibell that got sent to a remote facility with no evidence against him for 25 years. Mr Veibell was unable to afford a attorney to defend himself in court and did not have the right to speak or say anything in court for his defense. We also petition for pardon of Mr Veibell and other cases where corruption has been proven or found
