Mike Anderson made a horrible decision as a young adult. However not even his victim believes he deserves to be in jail at this point. He has a wife and children. he has a job and pays his taxes. Now instead of allowing him to contribute to society our system has forced society to pay to have him cruelly punished far too long after the mistake made by our justice system. There is no excuse for this treatment of a human.
