Mr. Bill Cosby is being accused and tried in a court of law on sexual assault charges. The Statute of limitations expires in January 2016 and he was charged less then 48 hours before it expired. This violates his rights and is unfair as the Prosecutor office had the chance to charge him for at least 6 months but waited until the last minute. We the people request that all charges be dropped and Bill Cosby is given an apology letter from the State of Pa.
