Pardon Mr. Marklinm Ray McGuire, Jr. of any and all criminal charges on his record

In 2003 Mr McGuire received a charge that wasn't true but like a man he stood up in court and faced the charges to protect his child. Mr McGuire is seeking to become an officer of the law in good sound standings and is unable to do so for the charges brought up in 2003. He currently is trying to provide for himself and his family and is unable to pay off any fines and or warrants outstanding in NC.
We ask the presidential Staff to pardon him so he can have a clear record and become a supporter of our national laws and protect those whom seek help from a law enforcement officer once he becomes one. In the past Mr McGuire was able to assist several local authorities with the capture of a few federal wanted men and assists local authority figures now with homeless outreach programs in VA
