This petition is to request that President Obama immediately issue a blanket pardon to all non-violent Federal drug offenders, or issue a blanket commutation of the sentences of all non-violent drug offenders in the Federal prison system. And further, that the President immediately pardon or commute the sentences of all non-violent drug offenders as they occur in the Federal Courts during the remainder of his term as President.
