I was arrested as a teenager for marijuana possession of less than a quarter ounce in Miami, FL and then a trespassing charge when I was trying to go to work, because I was late in reporting to work and the Owner refused to acknowledge me. I served no jail time in either incidence, and served one year probation, because my Parents were moving at the time I only had to serve one month. I paid a fine of $225 for the Trespass Charge, and have worked for great companies since then.
All Felons should be automatically pardoned.
Since the economy tanked I have had a difficult time gaining employment. I have had DEA, FBI, and Airport Security Clearances, and now I am having great difficulty finding employment because of what happened 40 years ago.
