Pardon persons that are guilty of using and or allowing TOTURE to include President Bush and his Vice President

Many times President Obama has said we are a NATION OF LAWS;

Specifically Pardon Bush Administration officials, CIA officials and all participants for violations of laws banning torture.

Pardon Dick Cheney and George W. Bush for crimes against Humanity

This will allow the country to go on and at the same time show the world yes we did wrong and these are the folks that are guilty
