Rapper Gucci Mane is currently serving a prison sentence for charges of illegal possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana, and assault. He likely will not be released from prison until 2019. Gucci Mane contributes largely to hip hop culture through his music and the business his label conducts, but he is physically unable to do this when he is in prison. For the enrichment of American music culture, I ask that President Obama pardon Radric Davis (Gucci Mane).
