Randy Travis has artistically contributed to the American culture since the early 1980's. Releasing 35 albums, six have been certified platinum, four other ones certified gold, fifty-four solo singles, sixteen have reached Number One on the U.S. Billboard country singles charts, and thirteen more have reached Top Ten.
During his presidency George H.W. Bush handed out "Point of Light Awards" and Randy Travis recorded the title song for these awards.
His numerous contributions, and inspirations to our society are to many to count.
