Leonard Peltier shall be pardoned and released from Coleman Federal Prison in Florida due to no evidence putting him in control of the weapon used to kill two federal agents at Pine Ridge Indian Reservation on June 26th 1975. Furthermore, Leonard Peltier shall be given full immunity from further prosecution in this and all matters pertaining to this incident. Finally, Mr. President Barack Obama shall issue a public apology for the governments action in persecuting an innocent man.
