Richard "Dick" Cheney has publicly admitted to supporting torture as part of US policy. As it is apparent that the statute of limitations for prosecuting Cheney as a war criminal has been exceeded it is necessary to make sure that he is labelled as the torture sympathizer that he has admitted to being. Thus President Obama is asked to pardon Richard Bruce Cheney for his support and implementation of torture by the CIA. This is the only way to make certain that history shows that Richard Cheney advocated, supported, and committed the US government to the use of torture.
