Pardon for veteran Rick Enss who is suffering with Parkinson's disease. Enss was falsely accused of child molestation and receiving child pornography and the people who accused him of such heinous acts has since recanted their statements. Enss was a former law enforcement agent who worked for the Ray County, Missouri prosecuting attorney's office investigating cases relating to child pornography and child abuse. His ex-wife was having an affair and wanted out of the marriage with full custody of their children. She used Enss's previous work history and their teenage daughter to create a falsehood. In addition to the letter of recantation written by Enss's daughter, several witnesses have come forward to refute the outrageous allegations.
