Robert Duncan was sentenced to 2 years in a federal prison for operating a marijuana growing operation under state regulations. Given the current direction this country seems to be moving with regards to marijuana prohibition, and Eric Holder's stance on incarceration for non-violent drug offenses, this action is not only immoral, but legally questionable.
