A Petition to Pardon ROBERT A. MOBERG Sr. Mr Moberg was forced out of his home after a made up Order of protection based upon lies/gossip/slander was made against him. His loved ones live in the home also. He was told no contact for two years and has tried to save His love and family and American Dream, But has been arrested and charged. How can this be right to tell people they cant talk to eachother.His Human Rights were violated by the DeKalb Co. Sheriffs Department (ILLINOIS) 1 by not giving a physiacal/Psychological evaluation in a timely manner.2 They tried to get him to commit suicide by fighting him to try and take 3 times the amount of insulin needed. 3. Two days prior to arrest Mr. Moberg shattered his heel into 40 pieces and was refused pain Medicine perscribed by Dr. for pain.
