Tuffy Gessling, the rodeo clown who put on an Obama mask at the Missouri State Fair is being subjected to unfair discrimination, Secret Service Investigation, and possible prosecution by the Justice Department; for simply engaging in his First Amendment right to participate in the Great American Tradition of satirizing the President of the United States.
We therefore petition the Leader of the Free World to pardon this man, and to publicly state that there was no offense taken.
