Shawn Drake was arrested on November 22nd, 2011, one day before Thanksgiving for Assault Second. The charge sent him to jail on 10,000 dollars bail and not a single soul in the justice system gave a care. He was arrested for protecting people from someone with a firearm at his home during a party that was going on for Halloween. The officer that had arrested him did not collect accurate information and allowed the accuser to make a false statement while in complete understanding of what happened. The case against Mr. Drake had been dismissed, but he will still not be able to receive a pistol permit to fulfill a career as Security Guard or Correctional Officer. So please, Mr. Barack Obama, Help. He's one of your biggest supporters because he know's you're a family man.
