Sister Megan Rice and her fellow defendants break-in at a nuclear weapons complex in Tennessee, showed us that our multi-million dollar Nuclear Weapons Security systems are, like many institutions, a costly and ineffective facade. It provides a false sense of security to the public, and provides some local employment. The people who run and manage this facility should be on trial, not three people who were able to walk in to a supposedly secure facility with a pair of wire cutters.
