Pardon the spouses of US Citizens, who are subject to bars.

Created by C.A. on November 21, 2014

We ask that President Obama pardon the spouses of United States Citizens who are subject to immigration bars not due to felony conviction, regardless of whether they have children together, or the length of their marriage. Such spouses are forced into living in exile with their spouse, or living separated from them.

The bars include:
Three, Five, Ten (Most common), and Twenty year bar, and the Lifetime bar (Permanent bar) (Including false claims to citizenship.)

This is not Amnesty, and it isn't providing immigration benefits of any kind, it is simply allowing families to get on track by correcting their immigration issues humanely.

We also ask that Deported Veterans, who have served this country honorably, be able to return.
