Robert Bales is an American hero who understands the true meaning of war. Destroy your enemies. This Bush policy of having our American brothers and sister driving around aimlessly across the desert until they get killed by an IED is preposterous. They need to be doing what soldiers are meant to do, and that's conquer our enemies.
SSG Robert Bales is a good soldier, a great NCO, and an inspirational American. He didn't murder 17 Afghanis. He exterminated insurgents. He executed 17 potential terrorists and/or terrorists previously unknown. He most certainly saved the lives of our people, a future generation not murdered by an Islamic extremist.
Give SSG Robert Bales a full pardon, and nominate him for a Medal of Honor. How dare you Mr. President put a foreign enemy before your own people
