Pardon those in Colorado and Washington who are imprisoned due to non-aggressive crimes involving weed.

Created by J.B. on February 14, 2014

As the laws in Colorado and Washington have changed in regard to smoking cannabis, we ask that those who were arrested for non-aggressive crimes that involved the smoking and/or possession of weed be pardoned and released.

It is unjust to demand that those who are currently in prison suffer for many years because of something that those states now consider legal.

Stop destroying lives and families further by broadening the consequences of drug addiction, and stop poorly representing the justice system that demands that individuals be treated equally according to the law. They have served their time, they have repaid their debt to society. Please let them go back home.
