I believe Kim Davis and anyone who is sent to jail for simply requesting a reasonable religious accommodation for them to be able to do there job should be pardoned. The Constitution guarantees us this right and nobody should be jailed for requesting thier employer make accommodations for it as described here: http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/religion.cfm
"Examples of some common religious accommodations include flexible scheduling, voluntary shift substitutions or swaps, job reassignments, and modifications to workplace policies or practices."
Since the judicial branch of government seems to feel free to prioritize rights it creates over those listed in the Constitution and send those to jail who ask for thier constitutional rights I propose the executive branch help by pardoning them.
