As American society is rapidly changing, and as we are now securely in the twenty first century it is past time that a terrible wrong be addressed. Tommy Chong, famous comedian, actor and musician should be pardoned for his conviction for selling marihuana paraphernalia. Even though he agreed to plead to counts to protect his son, given the evolution of American society the crime that he was convicted of is legal in America today. Thomas B. Kin Chong should have his name deleted from any criminal records in the name of simple justice.
