To Pardon Tony R. Amati (my brother) or give a FAIR court date. To free a wrongly convicted man who has lost 20 years

Created by J.J. on January 29, 2016

I am petitioning to review the sentencing of my brother Tony R. Amati, who was sentenced to two consecative 20 year sentences for a crime which he had ALLEGEDLY commited when he was only 19 years old. Based on what I believe was a abuse of facts, a poor review of evidence, and with a single minded goal to land a conviction -- that contradicted what American Justice is all about. Tony Amati has spent 18 years in prison as of today. During his time in prison his behavior has been of a role model inmate. He was an "A" student, had a girlfriend and child, and a job. He has maintained and continued to take educational courses in prison and has been a model inmate. He has exhausted every recource, every appeal, and literally every nickel. Our father died giving every nickel he had. Please Help!
