Pardon an unnamed minor in Texas sentenced wrongfully by Judge Jean Boyd

Created by J.F. on April 28, 2014

Judge Jean Boyd of Texas sentenced a young, African American teen to 10 years in prison for punching Mark Gregory who then fell and hit his head on the pavement and died. The minor's name was never released to the public. The same judge also sentenced a young, white teen to 10 years probation and 1 year in a treatment center after he stole alcohol, engaged in drunk driving, and killed 4 people. This boy's name was Ethan Couch.

Ethan's defense was that he made a mistake and it would not happen again. The other teen punched the man one time so he obviously had no intention of killing the man. He also made a mistake and in fairness of the law, he should have been punished the same as someone who committed a crime way more severe. We need to have this unnamed minor pardoned.
