We the people of the United States of America, petition the White House to pardon 1LT Clint Lorance for alleged crimes conducted due to the impossible Rules of Engagement imposed on our soldiers in Afghanistan. Said rules of engagement are vague and designed for political expediency at the cost of American lives.
